2014 Shivarathiri Concert at Bandikavanoor Shiva Vishnu Temple

A wonderful concert opportunity to perofrm at a 300 plus years old Temple in Bandikavanoor Village

Sathya with Sri. Embar Kannan on violin, Sri. Sumesh Narayanan on Mrudhangam and Sri. Hariharasubramanian on Ghatam presented a concert well received in the divine ambience with Sri Sachidhananda Swamiji on the Background with his lively presence, in the late evening of 27th February 2014 for Shivarathiri from 1030 pm till 1230 am the next day!

Fabulous start to February with IOB Youth Excellence Award to Sathya!




Yes! We were surprised to receive a call from IOB's CMD's office yesterday informing that Sathya was being chosen for Indian Overseas Bank's Youth Achievement Award, 2014 which was given today February 10, 2014 on the 78th Foundation Day of IOB in Vani Mahal, T. Nagar, Chennai. Sathya received this prestigious Award along with the Doyens namely Sri. Murari IAS rtd., Sangeetha Kalanidhi Smt. Sudha Raghunathan, Sri. Sankar - CMD Sanmar Group, Sri. Veeramani - CMD, Gem Granites, Sri. Narayanaswamy - Senior Auditor, Dr. Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti and Sri. Munirathnam - Chairman RKM Engineering College. Sri. Narendra, CMD IOB with IOB Executive Directors are also in the photograph above. 

It was indeed a great moment and it is all because of the Grace of The Almighty and the wishes of his Well Wishers! Sathya in his acceptance speech dedicated the Award to his Gurus (including his Grandpa) and informed that he sincerely understands the responsibility and will work harder to achieve a percentage or two of what these Giants has achieved, in his life time! We sincerely thank every one who have been cause for his selection for this award.
