This Hall has been made as the venue for Sri Rama Baktha Jana Sabha. K.K.Nagar. Sathya had a good crowd and this is probably because of being in his own school.
The team of Sathya with B Ananthakrishnan on violin and Arjun Ganesh on Mrudhangam entertained the rasika with a good list of songs. The concert was full of energy and was going in a brisk pace through out. The list of songs performed were:

Kudos to the organisers that they had a projection of video made available at the outside of the auditorium and it was Sathya's first experience this way.
Sathya performed at the Narada Gana Sabha mini hall for the first time under NGS. The team of B Ananthakrishnan on violin and Trivandrum Balaji on mrudhangam gave great enhancement and the concert was indeed a great success in terms of retaining the almost full house throughout the 85mts of concert. 1230 - 1355
Sathya started the concert with Ata thala varnam on Bhairavi with the right tempo and followed it by Jaya Jaya on nattai with a good alapana and swaraprayogam. He then went on to perform a good raga alapana of Nalinakanthi followed by the krithi Neepathamegathi. Oothukadu Venkatakavi's Balasarasamurali on keeravani was played at a crisp speed.
Mathurambika krithi on Hemavathy was followed by Adamodigaladha on charukesi which had a great alapana renedered by Sathya and Ananthakrishnan. Vanaspathi and RAsikapriya were the ragas chosen for swararagamalika which was followed by a short sweet thani by Trivandrum Balaji. Sathya, on the request of a rasika played Katrinile varum Geetham and rounded off with Revathy raga thillana copmosed by Lalgudi sir.
The crowd present showed the responsibility Sathya has in the future to increase his reporte and also choice of krithi's and raga presentation. As Sathya mentioned in his POGO finals with Sri Sivamani, he is aware of the expectatios of his rasikas and hope he will surely live up to it.
It was indeed a great moment for Sathya as he was playing a concert just after his guru Kalaimamani Kum. A Kanyakumari had performed a concert with his uncle Embar. This was also the first time Sathya was performing at the Kamaraj Hall a full length concert and had the blessings of both his guru and uncle staying for some time before leaving the hall. He was also blessed with the presence of Sri Guitar Prasanna for almost close to 45 mts. Sri Prasanna & his father were all praise for Sathya's ability to bring the nuances of carnatic on the keyboard and expressed same to Sathya's mother before leaving the hall. All credits to the organisers of this event especially to Sri Coimbatore Gopinathan, Smt Kala Iyer and Laxman Sruthi for having this oppurtunity to Sathya.
Coming to the concert Sathya had his team of B Ananthakrishnan on Violin, Thillaisthanam Suriyanarayanan on Mrudhangam and HariharSubramaniam on the Ghatam. The team presented a wondeful concert from 1 - 250pm with good list of songs suited for this hour in particular.
